With our pay-as-you-go model, you're charged $0.01 per interaction when your bot communicates with users. The Professional plan requires a minimum deposit of $10 to your account balance, which covers up to 1,000 interactions. If you exceed 1,000 interactions, additional charges will be deducted from your account balance at $0.01 per interaction. This model ensures you only pay for what you actually use.
An interaction is defined as a single exchange between a user and your bot. Each time a user sends a message and receives a response, that counts as one interaction. For example, if a user has a conversation with 5 back-and-forth exchanges, that would count as 5 interactions.
To qualify for our special offer of $1,000 in free usage, simply purchase $1,000 in pay-as-you-go credits. This will be added to your account balance, and we'll match it with an additional $1,000 in free credits. This offer is ideal for businesses with high interaction volumes and provides an effective 50% discount on your first $2,000 of usage.
The Starter plan includes 1 bot with 100 free interactions per month. The Professional plan allows you to create unlimited bots, with all interactions across all bots counting toward your usage. The Enterprise plan includes custom bot configurations based on your specific needs.
